News Flash		Sunday Cycle Picnic, Sept 7th, London Fields Bobbin, Cyclechic.co.uk and Sawako Furuno are holding a Sunday Cycle Picnic on September 7th. We are delighted to present a pedal-powered cinema, showing Ray Pascoe's vintage cycling films alongside contemporary shorts. There'll be garden games, stalls and prizes for stylish cyclists, so saddle up and we'll see you there! The event is generously supported by Hackney Council and we have a marquee in case of rain.

Spring 08		A Second Art Commission Johanna Ruebel is an experienced cyclist and photographer. Her portfolio has uncanny & beautiful fashion spreads alongside portraits of Eddy Merckx and The Horrors: A Dynamite combo! Jo produced our 2008 catalogue photo, featuring a mysterious Bobbin Rider and her magical bicycle. Check out her gorgeous website.


Mar 08		Lucky Saddle Bobbin, Cycle Chic and Sawako Furuno present their manifesto for Feminine Urban Cycling at our exhibition window: 79 Upper Street, London N1 Weds19th March. See pinboard for pics.


Feb 08		Fashion, Darling! Top models sat on our bikes for a fashion spread in Amelia's Magazine (out June). Then yet more beautiful people rode Bobbins for a London Fashion Week catwalk show on Columbia Rd. We made two new friends: Cycle Style Advisor Caz, from Cycle Chic & Sawako Furuno, whose helmets are in stock now.


Jan 08		Bobbin World on Upper Street, plus Bobbins take to the stage! We had an installation of bikes and drawings at 79 Upper Street in Islington. Our Bikes also featured in a production at the Almeida Theatre.


Winter 07		WOW! Allan Deas meets Bobbin Bicycles We were delighted to present the work of brilliant illustrator Allan Deas Allan created a beautiful line-drawn Bobbin World for us. We hope to meet him again in the future!
