Us
|
|
We've
been operating from a small atelier in Clerkenwell, London
since Spring 2007.
To keep our overheads and prices low, we don't
have a shop; instead we run a no-pressure appointment system
at our workshop. Customers are invited to try out a selection
of bikes. Unlike most high street shops, we have bikes in
stock, ready to ride away.
We don't have an online payment facility: we prefer to talk
to our customers and help them make an informed decision about
their bike. Many of our customers stay in touch and recommend
us (check out their comments on our review page).

| Appointments |

We
are open for appointments and enquiries TUESDAY to FRIDAY
10-7 and SATURDAY 10-5.
We're sorry we can't always get to the phone when we're very
busy, but we will call you back if you leave a message. |

Ordering |
|
If
you're not able to visit us, we offer a Mail Order service
for bikes. Please contact us for an order form.
Delivery costs:
£25 London Zone One
£35 Rest of England.
Please call for current delivery costs to Wales, Scotland
& N. Ireland.
We are happy to export outside the UK (shipping arranged by
customer).
We currently offer a limited mail order service for accessories
only. Please contact us for further info.

Payment |
|
Payment
is by cash or debit card. Credit card payment is subject to
a 3.5% surcharge.
Cycle
to Work Purchases: You can buy your bike through your employer,
as we are a Cyclescheme 'Cycle to Work' partner shop.
If you want your Cycle to Work bike immediately, you can pay
on debit card and cycle it away for a £12 fee.
Your card will be credited back once we receive payment.
If your
employer uses Halfords to broker the scheme: sorry we don't
deal with them. As an alternative, we are happy to issue a
bill directly to your HR department, which can be paid with
a company cheque.
Please note: due to lack of space, we're sorry we can't hold
stock whilst we wait for your voucher. |
